73 Strings launches Extraction Agent: multi-agent AI that extracts, maps and validates portfolio financials with source-level traceability
On Nov. 5, 73 Strings announced Extraction Agent inside 73 Extract: a multi-agent workflow (concierge, intake, extraction, mapping and validation) that turns portfolio-company reports—PDFs, spreadsheets, scans and images—into structured data without rigid templates. The company says every extracted figure links to its source location, Soft Memory reuses prior user corrections across cycles, and a human must sign off before data is saved; it also says client data is not retained for model training. Use cases named include borrower-report intake for private-credit monitoring. A live product demo is scheduled for Dec. 3 at 10:00 AM ET.
Why it matters for deal teams: Borrower and portco packs still arrive as messy PDFs; an agent that keeps every number clickable to the page is the useful bar for credit monitoring, not the claim that extraction is fast.
