Cognitive Credit launches DealConnect: restricted deal disclosures pulled from data sites into source-linked credit models

Cognitive Credit announced on Oct. 29 the launch of DealConnect, which it says integrates with leading data sites to automatically retrieve restricted deal disclosures, processes those reports with its extraction technology into credit models, and keeps every extracted line item and credit metric hyperlinked to source. Documents are stored in encrypted, client-segregated accounts so teams keep historical deal files when data sites close or portal permissions expire, with audit trails of document access and user permissions. The company says DealConnect is available now to its clients in its web application; its data is also offered via REST API, an Excel add-in and a Claude connector.

Why it matters for deal teams: Pulling lender-only reporting out of dozens of password-protected portals is the step before any spreading, covenant test or AI analysis; a second provider here gives credit teams a choice and a vendor question to ask: does every number click back to the posted report?
