Hebbia plugs Octus credit data in through the Octus MCP Connector
For firms that subscribe to Octus products, Hebbia integrates Octus credit research, private-company financials, covenant and restructuring data and deal documents alongside their own files, with cited answers via the Octus MCP Connector. Hebbia says customers already use it to compare a deal's covenant package with similar deals.
Why it matters for deal teams: Covenant benchmarking against comps is moving from a separate terminal into the same agent that reads your credit agreement. Second Octus integration in a month (Rogo, 21 Sep).
