Golub Capital invests $5m in F2 and will deploy its agents across investment workflows
F2, which calls itself an agentic operating system for credit, follows its $24m June funding. The two set up a Global Credit AI Council chaired by David Golub; founding members to be named.
Why it matters for deal teams: A $90bn+ lender is betting on model-agnostic agents built around its own memos and data. Expect peers to be asked 'what's your AI plan' at the next LP meeting.
