CredCore launches Credit Agents: legal, structural and financial agents that answer cross-discipline questions on a firm's own deal files
CredCore says Credit Agents run inside a firm's deal repository, with specialist agents (legal, financial, structural, governance) coordinated by a master agent. Its example is a priming question: subordination language, guarantee release triggers and non-guarantor baskets, translated into dollar capacity using the latest LTM EBITDA, with answers linked to the clause, amendments and figures. Workflows are tagged to a deal and governed by a budget.
Why it matters for deal teams: Questions like LME or priming capacity need several specialists; vendors now pitch multi-agent orchestration with clause-level citations for that work.
