Cognitive Credit raises $40 million led by Summit Partners to build DealConnect and agentic credit analysis
Cognitive Credit completed a $40 million strategic growth investment led by Summit Partners, with continued participation from ETFS Capital. The company says it provides credit models and primary reporting libraries across 3,500+ corporate bond and loan issuers, and plans to launch DealConnect, for on-demand access to credit models for private issuers that report via secure data rooms, and to deploy agentic credit analysis on top of its verified data layer.
Why it matters for deal teams: Standardised credit models for private issuers that report through data rooms would cut the manual spreading step that sits in front of most private-credit monitoring and AI analysis.
