73 Strings acquires Callisto, a Paris AI firm that automates private-markets diligence and DDQ work
73 Strings says Callisto's technology automates due diligence, data room analysis, investment documentation and DDQs. The Callisto team will work on turning 73 Strings' valuation, extraction and monitoring platforms into agent-addressable platforms built around the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Why it matters for deal teams: Valuation and monitoring vendors are opening their data to agents. That matters for valuation evidence packs now that the SEC is focused on marks.
